MDM - poultry meat, separated from bones mechanically.

Organoleptic characteristics:

Color - from pink to red, gray is allowed on the surface, green color and the presence of mold are inadmissible.

Odor: characteristic for poultry meat

Chemical indicators: Permissible fat content-> 20%, Protein-> 12%, Humidity-> 75%, Calcium-1000mg / kg.

Deep freeze. Storage -18С.
